It’s really NOT just for kids…
If you think Sunday School isn’t for you, you’re missing one of the best parts of your worship experience here at Midway. It’s where you meet with your friends and fellow Christians and dig deeper into what God calls us to do…kicking your faith journey into high gear!
Sunday School allows you to experience worship and fellowship in a smaller circle of friends. Bible study and prayer will connect you to others and challenge you to grow spiritually. Classes are open to folks of every age and stage of life. We welcome newcomers at any time.
Try a class this Sunday! Ask anyone with a nametag and they’ll direct you to a class. Or contact the church office for more information and we’ll arrange for someone to meet you before class so you can walk in together.

Cornerstone of Faith
Room 203, 9:45 – 10:45 AM
Class facilitator: David Yohler
This class is filled with love, kindness, laughter, and joy! Lively discussions relevant to current studies add depth to learning. Studies completed include some by Max Lucado: “Revelations,” and “Life Lessons in Philippians”; and a 13-week study on Celebration of Discipline, a series of brief, incisive essays encouraging a fuller understanding and practice of the spiritual disciplines.
The class is a mix of ages and life experiences, supporting each other as they travel through their individual spiritual journeys together. New members are always welcome!
Room 207, 9:45 – 10:45 AM
Class facilitator: Mark Austin

Curriculum: The class typically begins a new study about every 6 weeks or so, using a variety of authors, books, or videos. Topics usually alternate between a Bible study and a life application study that is biblically-based. The class uses a format that encourages open discussion.
This large group faithfully supports missions across the church and – should a special need arise during the year – also supports the church’s special offerings.
Average weekly attendance is around 30. Our age range is very broad – from 30’s to 80’s, with a mix of couples and singles. There is always room for growth in this class, so feel free to stop in on any Sunday.
